- Structuring and documenting renewable energy project investment transactions, including drafting and review of PPAs, lease agreements, EPC agreements, term sheets, private placement memoranda and subscription agreements

- Customized financial (IRR) spreadsheet modeling and pro forma projections for Hawaii renewable energy project investments
- HOMER modeling for microgrid/hybrid project design
- Securing Hawaii tax equity investment in Hawaii renewable energy projects
- Advising on negotiation, mediation and resolution of disputes
- Advising on development, evaluation, licensing and dispute resolution with regard to intellectual property
